Mingreli Piekarnia Gruzińska

Just over a year after our cooperation, Mingreli Piekarnia Gruzińska is finally open! I had the pleasure to design a logo, signboards and windows for this unique place. Mingreli is a Georgian family bakery named after the Mingrelia region in the western part of Georgia, where the bakery owners come from. Bakery traditions and recipes of traditional dishes are passed down in this family from generation to generation. In their kitchen, only natural ingredients of the highest quality are used, no artificial additives. The heart of the bakery is the tone – a traditional Georgian oven built of fireclay brick covered with special clay, in which it is baked, among others. puri a Georgian bread. In addition to the aforementioned puri, the bakery’s offer includes many varieties of khachapuri (with cheese, spinach, guruli, Ajar with cheese and egg), kubdari with beef, fenovani, lula kebab and handmade khinkali dumplings. For lovers of sweets, there are puff pastries with apple, banana and cherry, cottage cheese and raisins, napoleons with cream, kada – cookies with walnuts and raisins, as well as Georgian lemonades.
