On March 19th, Branch No. 2 of the Stefan Rowiński Public Library in Ostrów Wielkopolski opens its doors at 3 Kolejowa Street. Its interior is decorated with a colorful neon portrait of Kazimiera Rowińska, which I had the pleasure of designing and was created by the ever-reliable Ar Neon studio!
